Piccolo’s hand made ravioli are made with 100% all natural ingredients and are hand made from start to finish. They are delicately prepared with a home made pasta that is so thin the cooking time is under 2 minutes, perfect for a quick but healthy meal. Our raviolis are also smaller than average because with increased surface area exposed to the heat of the boiling water the cook time is cut in half which is why the pasta can be paper thin. This can only be accomplished by making each one by hand, unlike all the other machine made thick pasta varieties out on the market.
